Three of the nine traditions land on the same eight weeks, which is as close to agreement as this work gets. The opening is real, and it is about widening your circle more than changing your address. Say yes between 28 October and 22 December; 14 November is the strongest day inside it. Between 4 and 26 October, read and negotiate but sign nothing.
What none of them say is Portland. They say a move that brings new people with it. If the offer arrives with no new people in it, it is the smaller version of what is actually in front of you. Should it fall through, 6 February to 19 March is nearly as strong — not a second best, a second door.
